Los estadounidenses de Heads for the Dead presentan su nuevo sencillo To The Very Last de su nuevo álbum llamado Never Ending Night Of Terror y editado por Pulversied Records el 10 de Octubre, y este sencillo se puede escuchar a continuación:

Formada en 2017, Heads for the Dead está formada por Jonny Pettersson (Wombbath y otros) y Ralf Hauber (Revel In Flesh y Rotpit). Completan la formación desde 2022 Matt Moliti de Sentient Horror a la guitarra principal y, por primera vez, Evan Daniele (también de Sentient Horror, pero también de Dead and Dripping) a la batería.

El vocalista Ralf Hauber presenta "Never Ending Night Of Terror" como un álbum más extremo en todos los aspectos. Se hace aún más hincapié en una intensa atmósfera cinematográfica, centrada en "nuestras películas de terror favoritas, impulsadas por la venganza, la violencia y, por supuesto, el miedo", citando clásicos como 'Videodrome' de David Cronenberg, 'Repulsión' de Roman Polanski, 'Friday the 13th' original, 'The Beyond' y 'Re-Animator' de Stuart Gordon, 'Motel Hell', 'City of the Dead', etc.

La música fue compuesta por el multiinstrumentista Jonny Petterson, quien se inspiró en numerosas bandas sonoras originales de culto, pero también en Necrophagia. La letra fue compuesta íntegramente por Hauber, basándose en las películas mencionadas, pero añadiéndoles un toque ficticio. "Never Ending Night Of Terror" también rinde homenaje a la banda italiana de rock progresivo Goblin, en el tema final "Witchkrieg", famosa por componer bandas sonoras para películas.
